Leanne is the perfect blend of friendliness and professionalism and made the stressful process of purchasing a home all the easier. I have a non-English speaking family with little knowledge on homes and Leanne was very patient with us, never pressuring us into anything, and showed us her knowledgeability by giving sound advice and tips we could never even have thought of. She is extremely responsive, beyond working hours, through illness or injury, and was happy to answer any questions we had. She also was able to connect us with her equally friendly and professional contacts for extraneous work we needed to have done, and supported us in every way, all the way.
