SRES®️

Along with my real estate license that I have held for over 35 years, I recently obtained my SRES®️ license which is an additional license and designation I attained after taking another course and exam. The SRES®️, or Seniors’ Real Estate Specialist designation, is an official designation offered by The National Association Of Realtors®️ for Canadian markets. Earned through an educational course, I obtained the SRES®️ designation to complement my over 35 plus years of practical experience with our seniors. My formative years were shaped by a very positive and loving relationship with my grandparents, which continued to inform my affinity, rapport and affection for working with seniors and their real estate needs. Lateral moves, down-sizing or remain-at-home; I have advised them all.

As of this writing, I now find myself too in the 50 plus demographic, intimately involved with every aspect of care-giving for my nonagenarian parents, living semi-independently. The relationships and knowledge which I have built with local facilities and their administrators is but only one small aspect which has been advantageous to my clients whom are downsizing.
I have found promoting my SRES®️ designation a rewarding addition to serving all people, at every stage of life, of every real estate need.
